Ageing is practice during which physical and functional changes accumulate in an organism as a result of the passage of time. The modifications manifest as a decline from the organism’s peak fertility and biological functions until death.
In humans, ageing signifies the accumulation of changes in a human being over time, including physical, emotional, and social changes. Since generally used LEDs emit a high fraction of blue light, Blue light may affect human eyes and recent data suggest that extraocular light may affect human brain physiology. However, the significances of daily exposure to blue-enriched light across the lifespan are not known.

Effects of blue light technology:

The sale of claimed anti-aging products such as supplements and hormone replacement is a well-paid global industry. For example, the industry that promotes the use of hormones as a treatment for consumers to relaxed or reverse the aging process the use of such products has not been proven to be operative or harmless
